Messaging Terms
These terms describe Stay Trilo’s optional inquiry-related SMS and phone communications. They do not confirm that messaging features are active or that any carrier has approved a program.
Program and message purpose
With your consent, Stay Trilo may send SMS messages about your housing inquiry, follow-up questions, potential housing options, and stay coordination. This opt-in does not authorize unrelated promotional messages. Stay Trilo’s contact number is (773) 681-2818.
Voluntary consent
You opt in by actively selecting the SMS checkbox on our contact form and providing your phone number. Call consent is collected through a separate checkbox. Both are unchecked by default. Consent is not required to submit an inquiry, purchase services, or arrange housing. You represent that you are authorized to use the number provided.
Frequency and costs
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and ongoing coordination. Call frequency also varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Check with your wireless provider for details.
Opt out and get help
Reply STOP to opt out of SMS. You may receive a final message confirming the opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact admin@staytrilo.com or (773) 681-2818. You may also request an opt-out directly through these contact details. To withdraw call consent, contact us by email or phone.
Delivery and availability
SMS delivery depends on carriers, network conditions, and service availability. Delivery and timing are not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging is not an emergency service. Do not send sensitive financial, medical, or insurance information by SMS.
Privacy and consent records
We retain your consent choices, the wording and version presented, and the server-recorded time. SMS opt-in information is not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional use. See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes in message purpose require appropriate consent; submitting a housing inquiry does not grant permission for unrelated marketing.
