When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, destination, inquiry type, and message, along with your phone number and stay dates if provided. We record your SMS and call consent choices, the consent language and version shown, the submission source, and a server-generated timestamp. Please do not submit payment information, government identifiers, medical details, or insurance policy numbers.
How we use information
We use your inquiry to understand your housing needs, respond to you, discuss potential arrangements, and maintain records of your communication preferences. We also use limited technical information to operate the website, investigate errors, and prevent abuse. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in marketing.
Service providers and sharing
Our hosting and database providers process information needed to operate the website and securely store inquiries. Authorized personnel and service providers may access information only as needed for these purposes. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers supporting message delivery may process this information solely to provide that service.

SMS and phone call consent are separate and optional. You can submit without choosing either and receive a response by email. To stop SMS, reply STOP. Storage, retention, and security
Inquiry information is stored in our Supabase project in the United States. We restrict database access and use encrypted connections. We retain information as needed to respond to inquiries, manage related arrangements, document consent, and meet applicable obligations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Cookies and technical information
This website does not use advertising trackers or marketing cookies. Hosting services may process request metadata to deliver pages and protect the site. Private review access may use authentication mechanisms. Abuse prevention uses limited request data and hashed identifiers.
Your requests
